My Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation class is all about slowing down and finding stillness while gently stretching your body with long-held, floor-based poses. We target deep connective tissues to release tension and ease you into a peaceful meditation. Expect 3-5 poses per class, held for 3-7 minutes, with comfy props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters.

We’ll wrap up with a 15-minute sound meditation featuring crystal bowls and gongs to calm your mind and guide you into deep relaxation. This class is perfect for everyone—whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi—helping you build resilience, balance, and inner peace.

My Vinyasa Yoga Open Level class is perfect if you’ve done yoga before (or at least watched some YouTube videos), know your down dog, and have tried a sun salutation. We’ll focus on aligning foundational poses and mastering smooth transitions, all while moving with your breath through rhythmic sequences.

This class is a little slower to help you refine the basics, but you’ll still break a sweat! Expect dynamic flows with creative sequences and music that keeps you energized. As you build strength, we’ll explore more challenging arm balances, inversions, backbends, and seated poses. Ready to dive deeper into your practice? Let’s flow!

🥗 Yin + Sound for Alfalfa Loyalists 🥗

This class is only for alfalfa App users!

This class is your permission slip to slow down.

We’ll move through just a few floor-based poses (think 3–5 total) held for 3–7 minutes each. This gives your body time to actually soften and release deep tension in the fascia and connective tissues. It’s gentle, but don’t be fooled—it’s powerful work.

Expect lots of props, hands-on support if you want it, and the kind of stillness that helps you hear yourself more clearly.

We’ll close with a 15-minute live crystal singing bowl and gong sound meditation in Savasana (or whatever resting pose you love most). This practice is for everyone—no experience needed, and everything can be adjusted to meet you where you are.
